- Your email address
- Your WhatsApp number (when provided via our Nomi AI chat assistant or contact form)
- The content of any enquiry you submit
We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data (such as health records), or any information from minors.

The information you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Data retention
If no client relationship is established following your enquiry, your personal data will be retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which it will be securely deleted. If a client relationship is established, data will be retained for the duration of that relationship and for a further period as required by applicable law.

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data (right to be forgotten)
- Object to or restrict how we process your data
